Chabad is a home where all Jews are welcome no matter the affiliation, denomination or lifestyle. We give you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of your Jewish heritage. Most importantly, Chabad is a place where being Jewish is fun.

The philosophy is to be inclusive of all Jews, regardless of their background. With over 4,000 emissaries around the globe, Chabad is the largest Jewish outreach organization in the world today.
Meet the Dinermans
Rabbi Yishai grew up in San Diego, California, where his parents have been Chabad emissaries for close to 30 years. He received his Rabbinical ordination from the Rabbinical College of America in 2013. Yishai has always been passionate about outreach, volunteering, teaching, and enjoys sharing his love for Judaism.
Bluma grew up in the warm Jewish community of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. With her exceptional love for children, and energetic, upbeat personality, Bluma is a master educator with years of experience teaching preschool and elementary students in Pittsburgh, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Rabbi Yishai and Bluma with their three daughters established Chabad of Winchester to create a vibrant community center where all Jews feel welcome.
